During the COVID-19 Pandemic we have supplied 4000 beds to the NHS Nightingale Hospitals and PPE equipment for use in the UK and abroad.
We recently supplied the foam for 300K PPE Face Shields to the Royal Academy of Engineering for use in South Africa.
We have purchased this amazing computer controlled foam cutter. It can cut foam into nearly any 2D shape and many 3D ones.

New foam conversion machinery is being installed here at Intercounty this week. Also more members of Staff have been hired for the feather and fibre cushions department! HAPPY DAYS!
